Split useful functions out from ssh-vm into lib/libsshvm source file, plus added a couple new functions. Implemented a new scp-vm wrapper script for scp(1). Updated Makefile to support the new 'libsshvm' & 'scp-vm' files, incl. rewriting the installed versions of ssh-vm & scp-vm to the full path for libsshvm, after installation.
