Fix 'as' raising a type mismatch on a nil object instead of returning nil like Delphi does. Regression from 3656be5, which made 'as' do a proper type check.

Fix regression in 03b8d4d0: the updated FloatToStr without trailing zeros also became locale dependent. This was not intended, and also made its output incompatible with the unchanged StrToFloat. Make it locale independent again, so it always uses a dot as decimal separator, and no thousands separator. For compilers older than Delphi XE, this means a revert to output with trailing zeros. Also makes PSVariantToString work like that again.

Fix bad set bounds check in the compiler. The example below now gives 'Type mismatch' as it should (and already did when using 256 instead of 255), instead of overwriting memory.

Fix IDispatchInvoke releasing variant arguments, such as COM objects, one time too many. This caused access violations with MSXML since the September 2026 Windows updates.

MyAllMethodsHandler64: Return the hidden result pointer in RAX as the Win64 ABI requires; previously callers received 0. Delphi callers don't read RAX for such results but C callers do. Calling MyAllMethodsHandler64 from C might sound impossible, but Inno Setup's CreateCallback allows native code, such as SetTimer, to call script functions directly.
