Node.js/TypeScript (Express) currency converter REST API built with OOP + layered architecture. Rate aggregation supports two strategies: (1) sequential provider fallback (cache → SQLite → CurrencyApi → Fixer → OpenExchange, with stale-cache fallback) and (2) parallel average (query all providers concurrently and average successful rates).
